A Smaller Circle of Friends (AKA: Bill Bartell Rides Again) is a Germs tribute EP featuring The Adolescents, White Flag and The Deadbeats doing Germs cover songs. These songs were commissioned for a second volume of the Germs tribute compilation curated by Bill Bartell (RIP), A Small Circle of Friends (1996). Bill started this project and left it unfinished when he passed away. This is is just a small version of what he hoped would have been a full album. Includes original artwork.
